 OVERVIEW

This Summer Access Pass grants creatives access to Red Dot Studios for a 6-month period, valid only during regular business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM). Designed for photographers, instructors, content creators, and small teams — not for event use unless formally approved.

ACCESS TERMS

INCLUDES:

- Up to 10 total studio hours per week

- Maximum 1 booking per day

- Minimum 2-hour booking

- Maximum 3 hours per weekday session

- Access valid Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM only

- Use permitted for:
  - Photography/videography
  - Choreography or dance instruction (non-public)
  - Private rehearsals or planning sessions
  - Personal content creation

 DOES NOT INCLUDE:

- Weekend use

- Events, parties, or classes open to the public

- Subleasing or shared use with non-registered creatives

BOOKING POLICY

- Must book in advance via our scheduling system

- All time is first-come, first-served

- Late arrivals do not result in extended time

- No rollovers for unused weekly hours

- Reschedules allowed up to 24 hours in advance

- Abuse of the schedule may result in access restrictions

EVENT RENTALS (Not Included by Default)

Any rental involving more than 10 people, ticket sales, or public marketing is classified as an event and must be approved in writing. If approved, the following terms apply:

REQUIRED:

- Cleaning Fee: $125

- Site Representative: $35/hour (4-hour minimum)

- Security Deposit: $250 (Refundable after inspection)

- Pre-Approval at least 7 days in advance

EVENT RULES:

- Maximum capacity: 50 people

- No smoking, drugs, or unauthorized alcohol

- All decor must be freestanding (no nails, glue, or tape on walls)

- Noise levels must be controlled to avoid disturbing neighboring tenants

TERMINATION & ENFORCEMENT

Red Dot Studios reserves the right to revoke access without refund for:
- Violations of policies
- Unauthorized events
- Abuse of the schedule or facility
- Disrespect toward staff, space, or fellow creatives

PAYMENT & FINAL TERMS

- $599 must be paid in full upfront

- Price listed does not include tax

- Pass is non-refundable unless studio access is revoked by Red Dot Studios prior to first use

- Memberships are non-transferable
