Cancellation Policy

Red Dot Studios Service Policy 1. Non-Refundable Deposit: A $45.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied toward your total session cost. If you fail to attend your session or cancel without proper notice, the deposit will not be refunded or transferred. 2. Rescheduling Policy: Clients are allowed one reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice prior to the original appointment time. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the session will forfeit the deposit. Additional rescheduling requests will require a new deposit. 3. Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their session shortened or rescheduled based on the photographer’s availability. A late fee of $25.00 will be charged for rescheduling due to tardiness. 4. Final Deliverables: Clients will receive access to high-resolution, edited photos as per the selected package. Additional edits, backdrops, reels, or glam services must be requested in advance and may incur additional fees. 5. Refund Policy: All payments, including the session fee and add-ons, are non-refundable once the session has been completed. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with style or artistic interpretation, as the photographer and production team work to meet industry standards and client expectations. 6. Liability Waiver: Red Dot Studios, the photographer, and the production team are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages occurring during the session. Clients are responsible for their personal belongings and are encouraged to handle them with care during the session. 7. Image Rights & Usage: Red Dot Studios retains the rights to use photos for promotional purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing prior to the session. Clients may not alter, edit, or distribute the images without written consent from Red Dot Studios. 8. Studio Rules: Smoking, vaping, or consuming alcohol is strictly prohibited on the premises. Clients must respect the studio equipment and space. Any damages caused by negligence will result in additional charges. 9. Force Majeure: Red Dot Studios reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, such as equipment failure, illness, or emergencies.
